Ectopic Pregnancy occurs, if a fertilized egg is placed outside the uterus. It may get located in the fallopian tube, in the ovary, cervix, or even in the abdomen. This condition is one of the life – threatening for the woman, and of course, it is deadly for the embryo, as there is no chance for him to develop. Ectopic pregnancy is needed to be interrupted with the help of a medical intervention (abortion). The ectopic pregnancy may be one of the possible results of the pelvic inflammatory disease.

Egg
is the second term, used to name the ovum (plural – ova). It is an extremely small piece, stored in one of the ovaries of every fertile female. It may also be called the woman’s sex cell. The ovary pushes out one egg per month. Sometimes there may be two eggs, released by different ovaries, and then a woman may get pregnant with twins. The process of egg’s coming out is called the ovulation. It occurs about two weeks after a woman has had her period. Every egg is only able to live no longer than two days after the ovulation. If during these days a man’s sperm gets inside of the egg, a woman may become pregnant.

Ejaculation
occurs, when semen gets out from a male’s penis during orgasm. As a rule, about one teaspoon comes out per time. This amount of semen includes about 500 millions of sperm. Ejaculation may occur, while a man is having some sexual contact, while the masturbation process, or while he is sleeping. A male can have ejaculation without having orgasm as well. Ejaculation is far not the same as urination, these two processes can not occur at the same time.

Elisa Test
is a kind of test, which helps to determine the HIV presence. It is appointed to find HIV’s antibodies in the human’s blood. This kind of a testing needs up to six months to be highly effective.

Embryo
is the human’s development stage, when a pre –embryo (zygote) grows to some definite size. This stage begins from the moment of implantation (which usually occurs in about two weeks after fertilization) up until the end of the seventh week of pregnancy, when an embryo turns into a fetus.

Encephalitis
is brain swelling, caused by herpes, syphilis or gonorrhea causing germs or viruses

Erection
is the condition of a man’s penis, when it becomes hard and stiff. It occurs because of the blood flow into it. The reason of it may possibly be sexual excitement, but there are some other possible reasons as well. Male’s penis becomes soft again after ejaculation takes place, but it may also become softer before it.

Estrogen
is one of the female’s hormones, which is produced by every woman’s body.

Exposure
to sexually transmitted diseases means that a person happened to be in a situation, when he or she was able to get one of the sexually transmitted infections. It is possible, if someone has unprotected sex with the person, who is infected.
