H
Headache is the pain in the head either above the eyes or ears, or behind the head, in the back of the upper neck.

Health is a state of a person, when he or she is physically, mentally and socially well. In other words, it is the absence of any disease, illness or infirmity.

Heart
is the muscle, located in the chest, which pumps the blood from veins into arteries. Normally heart has a shape of a cone, with the point of the cone, which points down to the left. It is of the size of a closed fist of a person, and its weight is about 10.5 inches.

Heart Attack
occurs when the heart muscle dies because of the loss of blood supply, caused by complete blockage of a coronary artery.

Heart Disease
is the term, used to determine any disorder of the heart. This term may be also used from a narrow point of view as a synonym for coronary artery disease. Arrhythmia, Heart Attack, Heart Failure,

Hypertonic Dilated Cardiomyopathy, Pulmonary Stenosis
are the examples of heart diseases.

Helper T – Cell
is an extremely important part of the immune system. With the help of these cells our body is able to see and identify germs. When HIV finds a Helper T – Cell, it gets inside of it and makes the cell to produce more HIV until many copies of HIV kill the Helper T – Cell and begin to look for a new one. Finally, HIV begins to kill Helper T – Cells much faster than the body can produce them, and after that, a person has AIDS.

Hemophilia
is a health condition, concerning blood, with which a person is born. If a person has Hemophilia, his blood lacks the so – called “clotted factor”; thus, if he gets cut or injured, he or she is not able to make the blood flow stop for a long time.

Hepatitis B
is one of the sexually transmitted diseases, which is caused by a blood – born virus.  If a person gets Hepatitis B, his liver becomes swollen, and his skin may even get yellow. There is a high risk of a severe damage of a liver or of a cancer development. Hepatitis B cannot be cured, but there is a vaccine, that prevents people from getting it, available.

Hereditary
is some characteristic or a trait, which can be passed from either a mother or a father to a child.

HIV (Human Immunodeficiency Virus)
is the kind of virus, which may lead to AIDS. Only humans can pass it to each other. After it gets inside, it begins to destroy the immune system of a human. It is impossible to tell if a person has HIV, only by looking at him, as the only way to get to know if someone has HIV or not is to conduct an official test. This test may be done by examining the person’s blood, urine or saliva.

Heterosexual
is a person, who likes or may fall in love with, and even have sexual contact with another person of the opposite sex.

Homosexual
is a term, used to define people, who like, may fall in love with and even have sexual contacts with people of their sex. Males that like males and females that like females are called homosexual. When talking about homosexual males, we may apply the term “gay”, while talking about homosexual women, the term “lesbian” is usually used.

Hormone
is a kind of chemical substance, which everyone’s body produces to control and regulate the work of organs or cells.

Hymen is a thin piece of skin, stretching over the vaginal opening, with a small opening in it in order to let the blood flow out during the menstruation period. It has been considered, that unbroken hymen means that a girl is a virgin, but now it is proved, that the hymen may damaged while running, playing or using tampons. There are even girls, who arrive without a hymen.
