They provide cleaning of the body, because their work is to catch germs and dead cells. With the help of Lymph Nodes it is possible to see if a person has some kind of infection. Doctors usually touch them, and if the Nodes are swollen, it means that the person’s immune system is fighting with something, infecting the body.
