Any judicious man is clear that by the best method of protection from pregnancy girls–teenagers have abstention from the sexual contacts. However such the reality is, that almost every tenth girl begins sexual life under age 14 years, and middle ages of the first sexual intercourse hesitate in different regions from 15,8 to 17,5 years.
In spite of active work of doctors, teachers, propagandizing the hygienical and sexual norms of conduct, healthy way of life and bases of planning of family, most young women to 20 years already have an experience of sexual contacts. The questionnaire of senior pupils in different testifies that 67% of girls quietly behave to early extramarital carnal knowledge. Every fourth sexually active girl–teenager does not have a permanent sexual partner.
Sexual activity of teenagers caused the revival from nonexistence of such undesirable phenomenon, as young maternity. The coefficient of birth-rate at the age of 15-19 contemporaries in 2,5 times is higher than such 30 years ago. Annually every 10th new-born child in Russia is born at mothers younger 15 years and more frequent than all out of marriage and pregnancy at 19% of girls arises up as a result of unscreened sexual intercourse first in their life.
The serious problem of the modern time is abortions and their complications. Among women younger 20 years there are 130 abortions on 100 births. In the age group of to 20 years there is the lowest share of mini-abortions and highest share of the abortions executed at the term of pregnancy more than 12 weeks.
Some girls try to interrupt pregnancy short independently or by private individuals, using impermissible doses and types of medicinal preparations, or exposed to criminal interuterinal interventions. It should be noted that frequency of complications after abortions at teenagers in most cases in 22,5 times is higher, than at the women of reproductive age.
The casual sexual contacts (it is often in a state of alcoholic or narcotic intoxication) on a background saving of sexual illiteracy of teenagers appear by the principal reason of growth at them of frequency of the diseases passed by a sexual way. Last years the making progress increase of morbidity by syphilis, gonorrhea, clamidiosis, virus infections, AIDS is marked.
Cardinally changing a situation will be succeeded only then, when to the rising generation skills of responsible attitude will be instiled toward the questions of family and sexual relations, to planning of pregnancies guaranteeing birth of healthy child and saving of health of woman.
